Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 570.400 - Grant Requirements
a)
Grant recipients shall comply with all applicable provisions of this
Part.
b) Grant recipients shall use
the grant award to conduct research to find a cure for spinal cord injury
paralysis. (Section 6z-49 of the Act)
c) Grant recipients shall return a signed
grant agreement to the Department in the specified time period and shall comply
with the provisions of the grant agreement.
d) All research funded by grants shall be
conducted in Illinois.
e) No grant
funds shall be used for facility construction, lobbying, legal or accounting
expenses, or utilities.
