Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 596.310 - Limitations on Use of Grant Funds
a)
Grant funds shall be used to assist in the recruitment and retention of medical
professionals, purchase of new equipment, operational expenses, facility
construction and renovation, and outreach programs for medically underserved
populations. (Section
4.1 of the Act)
b) Grant funds shall not be used to supplant
existing funds which support a particular service, program or activity for
which grant funds under this Subpart are requested.
c) Grant funds shall not be used to purchase
real property.
