Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 790.240 - Criteria for Exclusion of Drug Products
Drug products of the following dosage forms for which different brands are not necessarily pharmaceutically and therapeutically equivalent shall be excluded:
a)
Enteric coated tablets
b)
Injectable suspensions, other than antibiotics
c) Suppositories containing active
ingredients for which systemic absorption is necessary for therapeutic
activity
d) Different delivery
systems for aerosol and nebulizer drugs
