Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 830.810 - Misuse of Pesticides
No person shall use or supervise the use of any registered pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or Illinois registration for that pesticide.
