Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 892.70 - Fees for Irrigation Contractors
a) The following non-refundable annual
registration fees shall be submitted to the Department by each registered
irrigation contractor:

fee for a dishonored negotiable instrument, including, but not limited to,
returned checks or insufficient payment, shall be $200.
