Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 960.40 - Eligibility
a) Eligible
applicants include all certified local health departments that provide public
health programs as defined in the Department's rules entitled Local Health
Protection Grant Rules (77 Ill. Adm. 615.200).
b) In addition, funds for sexual assault
programs may be made available to public or not-for-profit Statewide agencies
or organizations capable of providing a program of comprehensive services to
prevent sexual assault and to assist victims of sexual assault.
