Ill. Admin. Code tit. 80, § 310.440 - Merit Compensation Salary Schedule
a) The Merit Compensation Salary Schedule
attached at the end of the Pay Plan as Appendix D is hereby made a part of the
Merit Compensation System.
b) The
Salary Schedule shall consist of a series of salary ranges, each composed of a
minimum and maximum rate.
