Communications to the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board shall be addressed to the Clerk of the Property Tax Appeal Board, 402 William G. Stratton Building, 401 S. The office of the Clerk of the Property Tax Appeal Board at Springfield, Illinois is the official location of the Board for the filing of papers and electronic documents for all counties.
