Ill. Admin. Code tit. 86, § 1910.77 - Withdrawals and Substitutions of Attorneys
a) An attorney of record who wishes to
withdraw from representation must file a notice of withdrawal with the Clerk of
the Board, together with proof of service and notice of filing on all parties
in the appeal.
b) Any attorney who
substitutes for an attorney of record must file a written appearance
identifying the attorney for whom the substitution is made. However, no
attorney will be considered withdrawn from an appeal until a formal withdrawal
is filed in accordance with subsection (a) of this Section.
