Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 112.66 - Alcohol and Substance Abuse Treatment
a) In areas of the State where appropriate
substance abuse programs have capacity, adults identified as having an alcohol
or substance abuse problem (see 77 Ill. Adm. Code 2060, Alcoholism and
Substance Abuse Treatment and Intervention Licenses) must participate in an
alcohol or substance abuse treatment program unless the adult is employed 30
hours per week or more.
b) Failure
to participate, without good cause, in an alcohol or substance abuse treatment
program, when there is a currently available treatment slot, will result in
progressive sanction or sanctions (see Section
112.79).
c) Supportive services will be provided to
enable the client to participate in the alcohol or substance abuse treatment
program.
d) The exemption criteria
listed in Section 112.71 do not apply.
