Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 118.855 - Provider Reimbursement
a)
Provider participation under this Subpart shall be subject to enrollment with,
and approval by, the Department.
b)
Providers shall be reimbursed in accordance with the established rates of the
Department or other appropriate State agency.
c) Providers under this Subpart shall be
prohibited from billing individuals covered under this Program for any
difference between the charge amount and the amount paid by the
Department.
