Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 121.72 - Nonhousehold Members
Any of the following persons who reside with a food stamp household shall not be considered household members, but such persons may, if otherwise eligible, participate in the program as separate households:
a) Roomers - Individuals to whom a household
furnishes lodging, but not meals, for compensation;
b) Live-in-attendants - Individuals who
reside with a household to provide medical, housekeeping, child care or other
similar personal services;
c)
Students who fail to meet student eligibility requirements in Section
121.75; and
d) Other - Individuals who share living
quarters with the household but who do not customarily purchase food and
prepare meals with the household (see Section
121.70(b) for
exceptions).
