Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 140.680 - Effective Date of Payment Rate

a) Notwithstanding any other provisions of these rules, there shall be no rate increase for long term care facilities for Calendar Year 1983, or the first six months of Calendar Year 1984.

b) For Calendar Year 1984 and subsequent years, the rate established annually pursuant to the method described in these rules shall be effective on July 1^st.
