Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 357.80 - Notification of Awards
a) After the
evaluation of proposals has been completed, the Department will notify in
writing the applicant(s) selected as well as those not selected.
b) Upon written request of an unsuccessful
applicant, the Department will describe the reasons for rejection.
