Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 403.25 - Staff Training
a) There shall be an organized in-service training program to equip child care personnel to meet the individual and group care needs of the children.
b) The in-service training program shall include content designed to familiarize staff with the licensing standards.
c) All staff must provide evidence of a completed Department-approved mandated reporter training, including a section on implicit bias, pursuant to the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act, within three months after their initial employment , and at least every three years thereafter. Documentation of completion of training must be on file in individual personnel records. [325 ILCS 5/4(j) ]
