Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 410.220 - Notification of Crisis Intervention Agency
a) Emergency shelter staff shall initiate
contact with the crisis intervention agency within 48 hours to make
arrangements for an interview with the youth service provider.
b) Emergency shelter staff shall document
their efforts to make homeless youth available to meet with the youth service
provider serving the area for voluntary acceptance or rejection of crisis
intervention services.
