Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 50.120 - Notification of Available Services
a)
The Department or its agents will notify, in writing, all applicants for and
families receiving services of programs and supportive services available to
them for which they are eligible, and the rights, responsibilities and
obligations of participants in the program.
b) The Department or its agents will make a
determination and notify an applicant of its determination on an application
for child care within 45 days from the date the application is received by the
Department or its agents.
