Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 509.110 - Accreditation
a) Awardees
demonstrating current accreditation status under either the Standards for
Services for People with Developmental Disabilities (Council), Standards Manual
for Organizations Serving People with Disabilities (CARF), Council on

accreditation status was earned) and whether the Department has unusual or
outstanding problems with the awardee.
b) Demonstration of current accreditation
shall be the responsibility of the awardee.
c) If the awardee's accreditation status
changes for any reason, the awardee shall notify the Department of that change
within 30 days after the effective date following the change.
