Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 686.130 - Appeal of Compliance Review for ADC Providers
a) ADC Providers determined not to be in
compliance with DHS-DRS requirements as a result of the review may appeal the
decision to the Bureau Chief of the Bureau of Home Services Program. The Bureau
Chief shall conduct a review of the facts related to the rating and shall,
within 15 working days, provide a written decision to the ADC
Provider.
b) If the ADC Provider is
not satisfied with the decision of the Bureau Chief, the ADC Provider may
request review of the Chief's decision by the DHS-DRS Director. The request
must be in writing from the ADC provider and received by the DHS-DRS Director
within 10 working days after the date the decision was rendered by the Bureau
Chief. The decision of the DHS-DRS Director shall be final.
