Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 1040.41 - Suspension of Licenses for Curfew or Night Time Driving Restriction Violations
a) A
person who is under the age of 17 years is in violation of IVC Section 6-110(a)
or 6-107.1(b) if he/she operates a motor vehicle on any highway during any time
the licensee is prohibited from being in a public place because of
curfew .
b) A person is in violation
of IVC Section 6-107.1(b) or 6-110(a-1) if he/she operates a motor vehicle on
any highway during night time driving restriction .
c) The Department shall take the following
action pursuant to IVC Section 6-206(a)(13) for curfew or night time driving
restriction violation convictions:
1)
1st Conviction - 60-day suspension
2) 2nd Conviction
- 90-day suspension
3)
3rd Conviction or more - 6-month
suspension
