The
a) For any violation of
IVC Section 6-107.5
b) For any
violation of this Part.
c) If the
provider's certification or licensure to provide any type of driver education
has been denied, cancelled, suspended or revoked.

The Secretary of State may deny, cancel, suspend or revoke a certification:
a) For any violation of IVC Section 6-107.5
b) For any violation of this Part.
c) If the provider's certification or licensure to provide any type of driver education has been denied, cancelled, suspended or revoked.
