Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 1302.30 - Expiration, Alteration, and Replacement of Cab Card/Identifier
a) Each motor
carrier of property shall destroy a cab card/identifier immediately upon its
expiration.
b) Any erasure,
alteration, or unauthorized use of a cab card shall render the cab card
void.
c) If a cab card/identifier
is lost, destroyed, mutilated or becomes illegible, a new cab card/identifier
shall be prepared and issued upon the motor carrier's application and the
payment of the same fee prescribed for the issuance of the original cab
card/identifier (See 92 Ill. Adm. Code 1205).
