Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 1710.146 - Payment of Civil Penalties
Whenever the Commission assesses a civil penalty under this Part:
a) Payment of the civil penalty
shall be made by certified or cashier's check, money order, or in installments
by the foregoing means after execution of a promissory note containing an
agreement for judgment;
b) All
remittances shall be made payable to the Illinois Commerce Commission and sent
to Transportation Regulatory Fund, Illinois Commerce Commission, 527 East
Capitol Avenue, Springfield, Illinois 62706.
