Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 446.305 - Withdrawal
a) An applicant may
withdraw an application for rate approval at any time prior to it being finally
determined.
b) Withdrawal of an
application does not authorize the removal of any related records from the
dockets or files of the Division.
