Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 651.102 - Authority and Applicability
a)
These regulations are adopted and issued pursuant to the authority of the
Illinois Department of Transportation as specified by the Downstate Public
Transportation Act, as amended.
b)
These regulations apply to all participants with "new programs" (as hereinafter
defined) eligible to receive grant funds available under the Formula Grant
Program for Areas Other Than Urbanized provided under Section 18 of the Federal
Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964, as amended.
c) These regulations are subject to and
governed by federal administrative rules to be promulgated by the U.S.
Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration.
