AUTHORITY: Implementing the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 122, par. 861 et seq.) and Section 27-23.3 of The School Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 122, par. 27-23.3) as authorized by Section 6 of the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 122, par. 866).
