AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 1 and authorized by Section 4 of "AN ACT to regulate the distribution, sale, and delivery of eyeglass and sunglass frames and lenses and to provide a penalty for the violation thereof;" effective July 1, 1974, as amended (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 1211/2, pars. 345 and 348).
