465 IAC 2-12-68 - Medical services; generally

Sec. 68.

(a) The child caring institution shall engage the services of a licensed physician and licensed dentist to provide medical and dental examinations and care for the children in the child caring institution.
(b) The child caring institution shall report each hospitalization or visit to emergency medical facilities to the placing agency or the placing parent or guardian.
