760 IAC 1-48-7 - Effective date of the accelerated benefits

Sec. 7.

(a) The contract shall provide that the accelerated benefit provision shall be effective for accidents occurring on or after the effective date of the policy or rider.

(b) The contract shall provide that the accelerated benefit provision is effective for illnesses occurring after a period of not longer than thirty (30) days following the effective date of the policy or rider.
