Sec. 6.

In accordance with IC 27-1-12-10.1 [IC 27-1-12-10.1 was repealed by P.L. 276-2013, SECTION 6, effective July 1, 2013.], every company doing business in this state shall annually submit a statement of actuarial opinion in accordance with section 8 of this rule for each year beginning with the year in which this rule becomes effective.
