Iowa Admin. Code r. 11-119.5 - Special terms and conditions

Rule 11-119.4 (8,8A) does not apply to service contracts containing special terms and conditions adopted by a department or establishment for use in its service contracts with the approval of the department of management, in cooperation with the office of the attorney general and the department of administrative services as provided for in Iowa Code section 8.47(2).
