The definitions in Iowa Code section 8B.1 and rule 129-20.1 (8B,427) shall apply to this chapter. In addition, for purposes of this
chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
"Grantee" means a communications service
provider awarded grant funds by the office pursuant to and in accordance with
Iowa Code section 8B.11 and these rules.
"Project" means an installation of broadband
infrastructure by a communications service provider that facilitates broadband
service at or above the download and upload speeds specified in Iowa Code
section 8B.11(1)
"a" or "b" or 8B.11(6),
whichever is applicable, in one or more targeted service
areas.
