Iowa Admin. Code r. 129-6.26 - Recording costs

Upon request, the office shall provide a copy of the tape-recorded hearing or a printed transcript of the whole or any portion of the hearing at cost. The cost of preparing the tape or transcript of the hearing shall be paid by the requesting party. Parties who request that a hearing be recorded by certified shorthand reporters rather than by electronic means shall bear the cost of that recordation, unless otherwise provided by law.
