Iowa Admin. Code r. 17-14.11 - Failure to meet program requirements; waiver of standards

When an AAA fails to meet the requirements of this chapter, the department shall follow procedures outlined in 17 lAC 4. Provisions of this chapter may be waived pursuant to 17 lAC 11.
