Iowa Admin. Code r. 185-10.4 - [Rescinded effective 3/26/2025] Statute of limitations

Requests for a contested case proceeding alleging a violation of Iowa Code chapter 123 must be filed with the division or the local authority within three years from the date of the alleged violation or the date of conviction for the violation, whichever is later.
