Iowa Admin. Code r. 185-4.32 - Delivery of alcoholic liquor

Individuals who do not work for this division may operate a delivery service in which they will charge licensees a fee for picking up their alcoholic liquor orders at this division's liquor stores and delivering it to their establishments.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 123.4 and 123.21(10).
