Iowa Admin. Code r. 185-4.8 - Violation by agent, servant or employee

Any violation of the Act or the rules of the division by any employee, agent or servant of a licensee shall be deemed to be the act of the licensee and shall subject the license of said licensee to suspension or revocation.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 123.4 and 123.49(2).
