"Administrator" means the administrator of the
alcoholic beverages division of the department of commerce.
"Category" means the classification of an
alcoholic liquor product, such as rum, vodka, or whiskey.
"Commission" means the alcoholic beverages
commission established in Iowa Code chapter 123.
"Delist" means the removal of products from
the division's product inventory.
"Division" means the alcoholic beverages
division of the department of commerce.
"Product" means "alcoholic liquor" or "native
distilled spirits" as defined in Iowa Code chapter 123.
"Supplier" means a manufacturer, distiller, or
importer of alcoholic liquors or native distilled spirits shipping, selling, or
having such alcoholic beverages brought into this state for resale by the
division.
