Iowa Admin. Code r. 187-16.2 - Utilization of NMLS
(1)
All application and licensing information shall be submitted through the NMLS
including but not limited to the following: original application information;
changes in application information; license renewal information; changes in
name, location, and control; and notices of significant events.
(2) The applicant or licensee shall pay any
fees required by NMLS including but not limited to the following: initial
set-up fee and annual processing fees, background check fees, and credit
background check fees.
