Iowa Admin. Code r. 187-19.7 - Annual report

On or before March 31 of each year, each mortgage loan originator who as of the preceding December 31 was not employed by or an exclusive agent of a company licensed under Iowa Code chapter 535B, 536, or 536A shall file an annual report with the superintendent stating the amount of residential mortgage loans originated, processed, or underwritten, as the case may be, during the preceding calendar year.
