Iowa Admin. Code r. 189-1.1 - Definitions
The definitions of terms included in Iowa Code section 17A.2 shall apply to such terms used in this chapter In addition, as used in this chapter:
"Board" means the credit union review board.
"Division " means the credit union division.
"Superintendent" means the superintendent of the credit union division.
