Iowa Admin. Code r. 193B-2.6 - Finding of probable cause for unlicensed practice

The board may find probable cause to file charges for unlicensed practice if the individual continues to offer services defined as the practice of architecture outlined in Iowa Code section 544A.16 while using the title "architect," "architectural designer," or similar designation during the period of lapsed licensure.
