Iowa Admin. Code r. 199-10.5 - [Effective 7/16/2025] Hearing
A hearing shall be set and held in accordance with Iowa Code sections 479.7 and 479.8. Any prehearing proceedings and the hearing shall be conducted in accordance with 199-Chapter 7.
