Iowa Admin. Code r. 199-12.6 - Incident reporting
Whenever a telephone notice or written report concerning a pipeline incident is made to the U.S. Department of Transportation, the board shall also receive telephone notice. A copy of written incident reports and safety-related condition reports shall be provided to the board.
