Iowa Admin. Code r. 199-4.5 - Informal meeting

Upon request by petitioner, the commission will schedule an informal meeting between the petitioner, all intervenors, and the commission, a member of the commission, or a designated member of the staff of the commission to discuss the questions identified in the petition. The commission may solicit comments from any person on the questions raised.
