Iowa Admin. Code r. 199-42.15 - Safety regulations
The public utility shall ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal safety rules and regulations during the time any work is being performed on a facility within the railroad's right-of-way. Any personal injury arising during work being performed on a facility shall be promptly reported by the public utility to the railroad.
