Bulk pesticide containers shall meet all applicable standards of the appropriate state and U.S. Department of Transportation laws and regulations.

(1) Mobile bulk pesticide containers shall be secured to prevent significant movement during transportation.

(2) Mobile bulk pesticide containers shall bear the registered product label for the material contained therein.
