Iowa Admin. Code r. 21-50.1 - Authority and scope

This chapter establishes procedures to govern the administration of a farmers' market special supplemental food program by the department of agriculture and land stewardship for implementing the applicable agreement and guidelines set forth by the United States Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service Agreement, in accordance with Iowa Code chapter 175B.
