Iowa Admin. Code r. 21-93.7 - Records

The records of all the business transacted and other information with respect to the activities of the board are public records and are on file in the board's office. All records including board minutes are available for inspection during regular business hours. Copies may be obtained at a cost of 25 cents per page.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 203D.4.
