Iowa Admin. Code r. 261-302.4 - Application procedure
(1)
Procedure. All applications shall be submitted on official
application forms available from the authority . Procedures for review of
applications are according to published guidelines.
(2)
Application deadline.
Applications will be accepted from eligible organizations every three years
according to published guidelines.
